We collect personal information when you submit an application, request a tour, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us through forms on this site. The information may include name, address, email, phone number, your child's grade level, and any messages you send us.
We use this information solely for the purposes you provided it for — to respond to inquiries, process applications, send school communications, and operate the school's day-to-day administrative functions. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Information is stored on secured systems with access limited to authorized PCC staff. Records are retained for as long as your relationship with the school is active, plus any retention period required by Ontario education regulations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing pcc.info@pccnet.ca. Requests are responded to within 30 business days.

Philopateer Christian College serves students from Pre-JK through Grade 12. For students under the age of 18, we collect and retain the personal information needed for admission, academic progress, attendance, health and safety, communication with families, and ongoing student support. This includes names, dates of birth, contact details, immunization records, transcripts, assessment results, and pastoral notes.
We treat student records under both the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario's Education Act, which together govern Ontario Student Records (OSR). Records are retained for the period required by the Education Act and disposed of securely thereafter.
For students under 18, we rely on the consent of a parent or legal guardian for any new use or disclosure of personal information beyond the school's day-to-day operations. Parents and guardians may, on reasonable notice, request access to their child's record, request a correction, or withdraw consent for a specific use. Students aged 16 and older may exercise these rights directly under the Education Act.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through any public-facing website form without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without consent, please contact pcc.info@pccnet.ca and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date below indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to current families.
