How tuition is set

Tuition at Philopateer Christian College is structured by program (English K–8, French K–8, English & French Immersion, English High School, Pre-AP / AP, Online International, Ottawa JK–6) and is reviewed annually by the PCC Board.

Per the school's longstanding policy, specific tuition figures are not posted publicly. The current schedule, including any sibling discounts, registration fees, and program-specific costs, is shared with prospective families on request.

What's due at registration

Two fees are publicly disclosed and apply to all confirmed enrolments:

• $250 Registration Fee — non-refundable, payable at the time of enrolment.
• $185 Annual Technology and Resource Fee — due with the first month payment of each school year.

All other figures (annual tuition, sibling discounts, program-specific costs) are shared confidentially with prospective families on request.

What's included

• All academic instruction including AP & Pre-AP CollegeBoard certification
• Textbooks and standard classroom materials
• Chapel, assemblies, and standard student-life programming
• Report cards and progress reports each term
• Access to the Edsby parent portal

Not included

• School uniforms (purchased separately through our supplier)
• Optional bus / lunch programs (per-term opt-in)
• Field-trip transportation and admissions where applicable
• Extra-curricular activity fees (athletics, music ensembles)

Payment methods

• Bank transfer / EFT — preferred, no fees
• Pre-authorized monthly debit — 10-month plan, September through June
• Credit card — accepted with a small processing surcharge
• Cheque — payable to "Philopateer Christian College"

Billing schedule

Tuition is invoiced annually in July with an option for monthly installments. Late-payment fees apply to balances 30+ days past due. Withdrawal terms are detailed in the enrollment agreement.

Financial aid

PCC has a confidential needs-based financial aid program for current and prospective families. To apply, complete the financial aid application form available from admissions and provide the previous year's notice of assessment (NOA). Decisions are made annually in May for the following school year.

Aid is awarded on a sliding scale and renewed each year based on continued need and the student's good standing. Email admissions to request the aid application package.
